The situation: We were approached to help build out a new space for Sanctuary SalonSpa in Excelsior. The brand was taking over the main floor and basement of a historic building, converting a long, skinny structure into a luxurious place of relaxation.
Our work: Exposing the original stonework in the basement brought a unique, cool vibe. Adding in comfortable finishes like luxe carpet and modern lighting brought the brand into the space. And adding a bright, airy feel to the salon stations upstairs really brings the whole space together!
The results: By combining old with new, this new space shines. We’re thrilled with the balance that was achieved with the bones of the building, combined with the modern finishes. It’s truly a gem of a completed space!
