Anticipating Construction Trends, Delivering Delight
Surprises can be great, but not when it comes to the construction of your building. When you become a client at SullivanDay, we strive to make a great impression on you, and that means excellent work – with no surprises. We maintain those principles during our first consultation with you, throughout construction, and in our follow-up care post-project. It’s not enough for us to just get you as our client. We want to wow you.
By anticipating construction trends, working easily with different teams and project partners and deeply understanding your business goals, we stay focused on the client relationship. A building is a representation of your vision, your hope for growth and your promise to customers. Nothing should be left to chance. Every detail is important.
Beyond our expanding work in construction, we’re committed to giving back to the communities we serve. We’re partnered with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative to help combat homelessness, a cause that’s close to our hearts. We’re dedicated to giving our time to Habitat for Humanity each summer to build homes for our city. And our employees are known for consistently giving back to other local organizations they champion as well.
As a company, we’re a little more exciting than your average commercial construction outlet. We’ve taken over the old Cream of Wheat executive offices at the CW Lofts Building in Northeast Minneapolis, which brings some cool vintage to our vibe. We have a thing for vinyl, and our record player is always spinning. Recently, for our 25th anniversary, we commissioned our own brew and branded our own beer bottles as a gift to ourselves and our clients – it was a huge hit, if we do say so ourselves!
We’re not looking to be the biggest commercial construction firm in town – but we are looking to be the company that does excellent work to make your space reflect who your business is, and make you love coming to work every day. So when you’re ready, reach out. We’d love to help you step into your vision.
