SullivanDay has experience with kennel construction, HVAC requirements, custom millwork and cabinetry and flooring to construct a high-quality veterinary clinic or hospital. In addition, we have constructed surgical suites equipped with wet tables and scavenger and oxygen systems designed specifically for veterinary patients. Comfort and functionality are top-of-mind for every project, but our most important distinction is the personal relationships we have developed with many veterinarians over the years. Our indoor/outdoor spaces, flooring, millwork and food prep areas are constructed to engage the child while aligning with teaching methods. Plus, we work with you to provide entry/exit security preferences.

Restaurants

Our team has deep roots in the restaurant industry, including experience as an owner’s agent for Pizza Hut and Boston Market.
We understand the strict code requirements in Minnesota as well as the process of communicating with corporate partners of franchises. To meet the critical timing of openings and ensure a successful new restaurant launch, we deliver efficiency in our knowledge of contractors and the scope of projects — from proper lighting, mechanical/electrical and plumbing to properly constructed and coved-base walls, fire safety and parking.

As with restaurants, retail schedules are very important, with many new stores and remodels planned around major holidays and other sales cycles.
